Versa App Installing Problem

I have had enough feedback to believe there is an unexpected problem with new versa 2 and old versa sometimes refuses to install/launch my app iceBreakers.

Here are some examples of what real users said;

"I have a Versa 2 and I keep pressing install, watch it dwnld only to say install like it never happened. Help

Sent from my iPhone"

"This app is not loading, and I would like to use it.

It has been loading for about a month and I'm very frustrated

so maybe you could fix that!
32.70.7.27 and 1.1.1"

"This app is taking a long time to load and it is wasting my battery
And now it says it is “unavailable please try again later”.
My Fitbit is Fitbit verse 2 does it work with this kind

Sent from Markie"

"This app never worked on my Versa. Not even once. Just said “loading” infinitely.

Sent from my iPhone"

My app works on all watches on the simulator and on my personal ionic.

It supports running with or without phone/Bluetooth connection.

It doesn't require any fancy permissions or APIs.

It only uses file-transfer to get data from companion but it works even if it fails with limited available data in the watch app.

It doesn't have any string "unavailable please try again later" anywhere in the codes.

I think there is an intermittent problem installing clockfaces/apps at the moment. Unfortunately, sometimes the watch or Fitbit app gets into a state in which installation can't be completed (or cancelled).

Shutting down the companion device (eg, phone) and/or watch and restarting them seems to clear the condition.
