What is the certification process for Sense 2/Versa 4?

I am taking a look at all of my apps and watch faces in the Gallery and see that a handful of them are available for download for the Sense 2 and Versa 4, while others are not. They all use the same base code, so I can only assume that there is a certification process happening?

 

Also, I see that the latest SDK will not let you target the two newest offerings. IF I use GAM to publish an update to a watch face that is currently available for the S2 and V4, if it is not targeted in the SDK, will it remove it availability for those devices?

No, the updated clockface will continue to be allow-listed (ie, available on the new devices).

I published one of my faces that was approved for the new hardware. Two days later I started having people email me telling me that the face WAS available and now it ISN'T. 

 

If you have a watch face or app that has been approved for S2/V4, I would advise against updating until Fitbit provides them as a target in the SDK.
