What products are programmable watches?

Sorry if if this was answered before but it is not clear which Fitbit product can b programmed with the SDK. 

I am am looking to write an app that displays heart rate constantly on the screen and vibrates the watch if HR goes beyond a given value.

Which product should buy to be able to program such a test app?
