childs Google account and moving from Fitbit login to google

i have a couple of questions

1. when i set my daughter up using google i must have out the wrong date as for devices it only shows child devices.  i changed log in to using her outlook and has been fine.  i have tried to check her date of birth in her google account and it says its correct. but on her watch it only offers childrens watches which she doesnt have.

 

2.  moving data to google.  in her fitbit login i cant move the data to google (probably due to the above reason) however it says the account is connected to a workplace or school account which it is not however i dont want to create a new google account for her i just need it fixed.

This doesn't seem to be SDK-related. Are you using the Android or iOS mobile app?
