Did you mean:

"Sideload of app failed. Application bundle too large; reduce size and try again."

I know for a fact that my app isn't exceeding 10MB but no matter how many times I try to build it and no matter how much I try to skim things it won't sideload or run in Studio.

Any ideas?

Could it be that you're using a Versa Lite? They're limited the 3 MB, I think.

Nope, Versa 3/Sense.

I have incorporated animated backgrounds up to 7MB in previous builds.

Now, no matter what I do it won't accept even a 2MB build.

Hi @CutARugCreation - on the off chance, error messages can sometimes be misleading and it might not be a size issue at all but something else, like firmware level/SDK level mismatch.

Try creating a simple default app to see if you get the same problem.

Also try with the OS Simulator. It generally has the same checks if it's a size issue.

10 MegaBytes? 7Megabytes? I thougt Versa 2 had only 128 Kilobytes. I'd like to see an app of 10 MB on a fitbit. How long does it take to upload?

My apps/clocks are around 100 KB.
