why do the ionic firmware updates take so much longer than the fenix 5 firmware updates?

fenix 5 firmware updates take a few minutes tops, usually much less. the ionic firmware updates take like 20-30 minutes. anyone know why?

The current process is doing a full firmware installation, perhaps other devices are doing incremental or partial updates.

My Fitbit ionic has taken 55 minutes in firmware updates still not completed.

I am updating without WiFi can anyone tell how much time it will take to update.
