My job give me best cardio,fitness routine

Hello today i want to share my statistic from my fitbit,i start working at 19.5 and until this day after 1 month i never feal full of energy and my body change from slowly to better.I do push ups every day 100 to 150 sometimes 3-4 times a week after job and before eat.

On job you need to eat a junky food you cant follow something like better food.But i lose between 2000 to 3000 callories every day,only sunday sometimes is free as this sunday no working.

My working day start with

9 to 13 km daily as part of my job at oil raffinery,eating at 10,and lunch at 13 clock,after job my last meal is 19 clock,sleeping at 21:00 and sometimes 21:40
