Hi @Gkpk - there were some clock faces for the Sense, such as SimpleClockPro, that showed the full hourly information and history on the clock face with multiple reminders but it's not available for the Sense 2, though there may be others which are.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
