I realize that this has been addressed in other threads, but I just wanted to say that it's complete nonsense that 3rd party bands don't work with the Sense 2. It seems like they were purposefully made so that you're forced to buy officially licensed ones. For ~$300, you'd think they would make it more user friendly. I'm seriously debating returning mine because of this. It's completely ridiculous. "We cannot guarantee that 3rd party bands will fit" ...please. I've been a Fitbit guy for years, but this might change my mind. It's a shame.

Hi @WellHulloThar if you purchased directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to return for a refund. Other retailers have shorter time frame for returns. I can see your point, but also some of these third party places crank out bands without having the specs for the original Fitbit style they are creating them for. A new Fitbit style can be released and within days there is a third party band on Amazon claiming to fit it. It doesn't always fit, but some people have been successful finding a good fitting band. That disclaimer is because Fitbit can only guarantee the bands they make will fit the device they make. They can't guarantee their device can use a third party band. Sorry, I know this isn't much help.
