What a waste of time. I bought new sense 2 to monitor my daily brisk walking and activity. I have found over the last few days that it classes my increased heart rate as intense activity and so skews my stats for the week. This apparently also increases calories burned. For example yesterday when watching tv it logged 218 AZM although i wasnt moving and was having an afib episode. I dont need the heart rate stats as i can see this on an ecg test. I just need to see how many active minutes in a day are truly coming from increased activity. I have contact online chat and also phone line, who both advised resetting and repairing app and watch etc. No explanation as to there may be a work around. Makes the whole reason for buying this tracker useless. My previous Huawei band was much better. Would be interested to know anyone has had this happen or any views on this watch. Thanks

Hi @Sueo25. I apologize if I misread what you wrote. I don't have experience with Huawei devices. So I searched to try and compare Fitbit and Huawei. It looks like Huawei can differentiate between a high heart rate from exercise from a high heart rate at rest. There is no workaround to make any Fitbit work like your Huawei.
Fitbit AZMs are calculated purely on heart rate.

Thank you Laurie for taking the time to reply. I have had a suggestion from AI stating that I could just delete the AzM minutes from my tiles and just concentrate on distance and steps. Its still there , just not visible , but doesnt solve the issue Im having. It was even quite difficult to reach a good amount of active minutes on Huawei, which i used to complain about but now miss very much. Also it separated active and resting calories burnt per day. Not happy at all with this fitbit and should have realised it was much more suitable for health monitoring. Thanks for searching though.
