Sad to hear that your Senses 2 isn't working as expected. Please try if restarting your device will get things fixed. Before doing so, please make sure you've synced your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then press and hold the button of your device for 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
