After syncing data on App not representative of data on watch and heart rate monitor not accurate

My sense 2 has recorded 9578 steps but when I synced just now it is reporting 10,579 steps in the app (iOS latest version of both app and system). I saw a similar post where the explanation is that the app just hasn’t updated yet however this does not apply to my situation and this keeps happening day after day.

Also the heart rate monitor reports higher than normal BPM when I’m in the walking exercise mode, which then gives me extra work out zones than I should get. The data then isnt accurate at the end of the week so I really then don’t know how much proper exercise I’ve done.

I have tried turning the watch on and off, a few times but this does not help to rectify any of these two issues.

can anyone help?
cheers

Mine is doing this too.

It's really annoying!

The app count is higher than the watch itself so it's not trying to catch up 🤷‍:female_sign:

Ok I hope this helps you too…. But I just did a full factor reset and the steps are now marrying up. I haven’t started any exercise so don’t know if it’s fixed my heart rate issue.
so if you haven’t tried this yet, it might be worth a shot.
good luck.

Yess! Mine is doing this too. Currently sitting at 4,252 on my watch but the app is showing 4,546. Super annoying and I have not found a way to get them to sync up together.
