I went through Amsterdam airport recently. I took my Sense 2 Fitbit off and put it through the scanner along with my backpack. I've done this before without any problems. However, this time there was something they wanted to check in the backpack and so it went through a second scanner. When the tray came out the Fitbit was no longer working showing isolated pixels. It was working directly before the scanning. I tried to reboot it while on the charger holding the button for 15 seconds+, to no avail. (multiple times). There has been no data going through to the app since this happened. I then tried to contact Google Support. the site says it is available 24 hours. However, when I try to contact them I get a reply saying "Please contact us during Support Hours".
