All of my settings say "12 hr" but my watch displays in 24 hr format

I'm beyond annoyed with this.  Tech support keeps sending me instructions that do nothing.  My phone and my fitbit.com account BOTH say my phone is set for 12 hour format.  When my watch is in sleep mode, my phone displays in 24 hr mode, 1615 now.

Also, I'm so annoyed by the dumbest watch faces like we are 12 year old girls and want fancy stripes and colors.
Fitbit: how about options that have all the basics, big and clear, that most people will need?

1) Clock face clear

2) Steps

3) Battery life

4) Date

Everything after that is bonus.  Now show me some options for just that info.  I don't want a clock that has 2 numbers in 2 rows for the time.  Is battery life asking too much since I'd like to see if I'm getting low without having to poke around.  That is a critical piece of information.

Enough for now.  So annoyed.

Hi @Squirrel15 - firstly pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons, this will remove the Always On option because that view by default is in 24hr mode.

You can try other clock faces from the Gallery that show what you need , for example try SimpleSecretary  for starters, then look for something you like better if necessary.

Thanks for the reply.  I've been back and forth with tech support multiple times via facebook messenger.  They are now opening a case.  This is insane if the "Always On" is "default" 24 hour mode.  Does that mean it cannot be changed?  I want it "always on" and I want it in 12 hour mode.  Is that too much to ask?  I can't believe I'm wasting my time on such a stupid, annoying feature.  Thank you again for the insight.

@Squirrel15  - unfortunately that is the way they did it on a Sense 2 for whatever reason. A Sense is more mature, without that anomaly, and has features the Sense 2 doesn't.

It may change in future but Fitbit are struggling with the new watch OS on the latest models and even the app itself so it is unlikely to be a priority.
