New Sense 2/android user.
The sync never completes, just sits in the 'nearly done' position.
Another bug, or do I need to do something?

We haven't received any reports about this behavior so far, so I'd like to suggest trying some other steps. Please try logging out of your account and logging back in. Also, make sure you have no updates pending for the app or your phone.
I think it's necessary for me to mention that the oldest Android version that would be capable of running the app would be Android 11. If by any chance your phone is not Android 11 or higher, it's most likely the reason for the issue.

Not the best answer, but this has happened to me a few times. It looks like everything has actually been updated. I just live with it and eventually it starts doing the full sync, can take as long as a few days. I don't think it has anything to do with individual hardware or anything you can do about it; suspect it's something on Fitbit's back end.
