Is there a reason why the firmware can't have the features that it used to have?  There was a noticeable change to the results around the "upgrade" to x.71.6.19 on the Ionic.  Ever since then, the heart rate monitors have been rather spotty.  Those numbers include changes to the Sense (November 2020) and to the Sense 2 (October 2022).
