Anyone else having issues with sleep score

I have received for the last 7 day’s simplified sleep score only

This morning I can see all the sleep stages but no score.

Yep , same thing here .

it stopped after Monday 8 was the last day I did get details ,after no more sleep stages or sleep score.

Same for stress management , that also stopped working , although it still gets a registers heart rate ????

I did chat with Fitbit about it ,but they told me to reset , but that did not help either , they did not have a clue how to help me with that .

They just said charge until 100% and then reset , but no help there 😞

Yes, I'm having constant poor sleep recording. I used to get readings in the upper 80s or lower 90s but now  down to lower 70s. Heart Rate readings show a true sleep pattern, but sleep readout looks as if I miss out on a lot of sleep. I actually sleep very well lately though.

It's pity as until I started with this problem I liked my Sense 2.

My sleep score is only showing minimal data too, since 8th too, so must be a software fault

I was able to get it to generate a score for the previous day earlier this
week by going in and editing the start and stop sleep time by a minute. On
the day in question I could see the sleep patterns but no score had
registered.

The night before last it didn’t generate either. Just the blue bars.

Yeah  , my sleep score also started working again on Sunday after many resets 😊

When you say 'Resets' is this the watch? I've reinstalled the App as well with no change to performance.
