I decided to switch from Apple Watch to Fitbit Sense 2, a disaster.

The maps load once  every 10 times, if I want to see the activities the app freezes and resets (almost impossible to do in in less then 10 minutes time).

Yesterday I started a two hour activity, it closed by itself in the watch, it didn't appear in the eatch and in the phone, I checked in the app it didn't appear there either.

Then it appeared in the app during night saying that I had cycled for 7 hours.

300 Euro thrown in the bin.

Hi @Cocca - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit may still have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

@Guy_   The 45 day return policy from Fitbit no longer applies.  All buyers have been directed to the Google Store to complete their purchases for over two months.  Google Store return policies apply.

@LZeeW - effectively,  there are several pages  such as Google store information and you can sometimes go round in circles to end up where you started!
