I am very disappointed with my new Sense 2 - I bought it at a 35% discount from Fitbit when my original Sense stopped working after 3 years . I found out today is does not have the auto pause feature which made for more accurate tracking of a ride . My Garmin speedometer has it but I rely on the Fitbit for health data . The Sense 2 has auto stop which is different than auto pause.
I see other complaints about this feature from a post here that has been archived from 2022 . It also lost GPS several times and my ride showed a 9 mph average rather than the 13 mph that the garmin Speedo showed which was accurate so I restarted the sense 2 and will check next ride .Hopefully Fitbit can add the auto pause back in. I may look for another Sense 1 or check out a Garmin watch but I’ve been loyal to Fitbit for many years - we love the app but inaccurate measuring is a dealbreaker !

Auto pause and auto stop for what? Sleep or exercises; ;
Open the exercise screenon on the Fitbit app. Tap the setting, adjust the minimum time for Auto Stary
Now. T on the watch, open the the setting for wanted exercise,, tap setting, there might be the setting to turn auto detect on.
