Band falls iff

My sense 2 watch band falls off.

Hi @PatP1133 - the watch may have a broken clip, compare the 2 watch fixing clasps without bands and replace the watch under warranty if faulty.

Also try fixing the bands on opposite sides, there is a right way round for each band to insert in the slot.

Use the same orientation for the band without the hole as that is the one that can be put in upside down more easily.

My band dose the same thing. Have lost it a few time and had to go fined it. I tried swapping side. No chang still fall off. Tried calling customer  support ( what a joke. They just hand you off to next person). I have stopped wearing my 280 dollar peace of poo  and have it in my pocket.  Utterly  a pee more design and they ok now it
