Big green light at the back of my sense

There is a big green light which doesn’t flash at the back of my sense. The battery dies in an hour. Could you please help? Thanks

Thank you so much for letting us know that the battery of your Sense drains too fast and that the green light on the back of your Fitbit is no longer flashing.

I suggest you try to restart your Fitbit Sense this way: press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Thanks for the answer. I did it, sign out the app, unpair my phone. Now the watch still not flashing and can’t pair with my iPhone anymore. I think my sense died.
