Black screen - no swip down

Black screen and when was on couldn't pull down screen. New face and reset didn't work

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear your watch has a black screen and unable to pull down screen. 
I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts as well. 

Since you already tried to change the clock face and to restart your device, I suggest you to contact support, since they have more tools in order to find your options. What can we help with?
