Black sense 2 screen

A few months ago my Fitbit sense 2 was stuck on the Home Screen. I tried to reset it and reconnect the device to my Fitbit app, eventually the screen just went black and would not light up. I’ve tried  leaning it, a new charger, new box, new outlet thinking maybe it was dead, nothing helped. When I push the side button I can feel it vibrate, when I hold down for 10 seconds if will show the logo so I know the screen can still function. When I hold down for 30 seconds the logo will flash then the red X appears, this is all I’m able to get it to do. I tried reconnecting to my app but I’m unable to see the 4 digit code on my watch so I cannot finish syncing it. Customer support was of absolutely no help, telling me there was nothing they could do since it was out warranty but it hasn’t even been a whole year that I’ve had this sense 2. They gave me no other options they could do on their end or things I could try at home, I either buy a new one full price or I’m just without a Fitbit.

Hi @Nessa581 - minimum warranty is a year and if you notified them of the problem before the end of warranty contact customer support again and insist on the replacement.

If you look in the forums quite a few watch stop working this way, due presumably to a software fault.

I moved you post to the correct forum for a Sense 2.
