Bluetooth issue while trying to take on-wrist phone calls with my Sense 2 (waste of money)

The sense 2 wont allow me to connect calls just says theres a problem eith conecting bluetooth. Tried all steps in gorims to no avail. You used to be able to talk to someone but not anymore. Any ideas
