Purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 from this store on August 10th. Tried to connect it to my phone. It was defective. Was told to call Google customer support directly. Google customer service sent me a label to ship it to them to replace it. It was received by them today 8/13. I was told it will be 3-5 days before they will even process my return to send me a new one. I paid over $200 for a broken Fitbit and now have to wait over a week to get a new one. I am not super happy. I will never buy a Fitbit again.

Hi @Akinabrew whoever you spoke with at Best Buy probably thought it was an easy fix and that Google support would get it going. I would have exchanged it rather than send it back in. Sorry this happened to you, but should this ever happen to you with any product, always go back to the selling store for an exchange.
