Brand new Sense 2, at night, not tracking heart rate or reporting sleep stats

I was using Charge3 for the last two years and yesterday got a Sense 2.

 

Before I go to sleep I checked the do not disturb and wore it throughout the night. When I woke up, there were no heart rate recordings and no sleep stats for the entire night. I've logged out from the Fitbit App, force quit, turned off the Bluetooth, restarted Sense 2, restarted my iPhone updated all software. Nothing worked.

 

What should I do?

Hi @Ayça - there currently is/has been a Fitbit server issue starting Feb 6th, once resolved it should then work but not necessarily retroactively. Perhaps try again tomorrow.

 

Not a good start unfortunately.
