I set up my new Sense 2, paired it with my iPhone 12 Pro, updated the firmware, and set up Alexa.
Then when I:
- Go to "Set up on-wrist calls"
- Start Setup
- Go to Bluethooth settings
- Touch Sense 2 Calling
- Pairing fails and sense 2 turns itself off and back on
I tried factory resetting the device and re-updating the firmware, power cycling my phone, forgetting device in bluetooth and setting it back up, turning bluetooth on and off, and nothing works.

Hi @PFunk420 - thanks for the precise description, it could be a watch fault as this procedure should work without restarting.
As it's under warranty take it back for a refund and get a Sense with more features instead, much less problematic though still has some issues.

I have the same issue with my Galaxy S21. It setup Bluetooth just fine, not Pairing for calls. I can even get a pairing code but it still fails and the watch restarts. the app never loads the Sense Controls under Bluetooth devices either. So do we have an app bug or a firmware issue?
