I bought a brand new Sense 2 yesterday. Took it out of the box and charged it for 4 hours tried to turn it on and it will not work. Googled and Youtubed all the ways I could try to get it to turn on like holding the power button for 10 to 20 seconds. Nothing happens. Charged it the rest of the night and still nothing. Anyone have any idea what to do not other than return the darn thing?

Hi @AllisonC0922 - refund seems the best option as a replacement won't be with a new one, in most cases, and you will be without any watch for a while if you try to replace.

I had same issue with first sense2. I got a Red Cross :cross_mark: so returned to where I purchased and got a replacement there and then.
This replacement lasted 4 months so this time went through the Fitbit support route to get it sorted (not easy ) eventually told I had to return it which meant I had no watch for over a month!
now that replacement is failing ☹️ scunnered.
great when it works not so good when it fails
