Breathing rate is not recording. Support's only suggestion was to do a factory reset losing all my parameters and a lot of data. Very disappointing. It seems to be their answer to everything. This watch is a DOWNGRADE on the old Sense by the way.

Factory reset is a hazzle, I agree. Device settings - intervalls  will be lost. Your data steps-runs.... will not be lost if you sync your device with your phone before reset

I have done it twice now to no avail! Still no breathing rate nor HRV.
