I have an ongoing issue with my Sense 2. I had the same issue previously with Versa 2 and hoped it would have gone away when I upgraded to the Sense 2. When I set the Sense 2 up initially, everything works fine. When I get a phone call, the notifications on the watch work fine. However, after a period of time (not really sure how long but probably varies and probably a couple of weeks or a month), the notifications stop working. This is annoying because I usually have the ringer on my phone switched off and so I end up missing calls.
When this problem occurs, the only way I can reliably get it to work again is to restore to factory settings and start the registration process over again. Just disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth doesn't work. Removing and adding the Sense 2 from the Fitbit app doesn't work either. Usually when it is in this state, there is a sync problem between the Fitbit app and the Sense 2, so it is more than just the call notifications, it is a wider issue but the call notifications is the one that impacts me most. It is really frustrating. Is this a known issue or is there a quicker workaround for this than having to do a full reset, which is very time consuming.
My phone is an iphone 11 and is fully up to date from an OS perspective.

If your Sense 2 is in "Do not Disturb" notifications will not come. You may check if that is the case.

Thanks for the response. However, I don't use either the do not disturb or sleep modes. It just seems to be that the Bluetooth connection stops working after a period of time. It could also be an issue with the iPhone but that issue doesn't happen on any of my other Bluetooth devices connected to the iPhone.

I have the same issue. I lose the Bluetooth connection when I charge my Sense 2 and also intermittently for no reason.
