Hello. I just got a Sense 2 and I can receive texts and calls ok but if I ask Alexa to make a call she tells me that it's not supported on this device. I'm connected to my Pixel 6a phone and I'm in Canada.
The on-wrist calls are set up just right and it has a check mark next to "Paired with Sense 2 Calls" on the Fitbit app on my phone.
The Alexa app is also installed on my phone.
What am I doing wrong? Is it one of those weird things that doesn't work in Canada but does in the US?

Making calls is not currently supported I believe. Only answering of calls/texts is available on the current gen of fitbit products.

If that's the case then it's ridiculous. My wife's Versa 3 (with Google Assistant) can make calls and send texts. I think this Sense 2 might just be going back - I feel like I should have bought older technology.
