Calls aren't working on my Sense 2

I have never been able to get sense 2 call to sync? Help???

Hello @Tprintz when you say that you have never been able to sync. 

My first thought, has your Sense 2 ever been setup and shows listed in your fitbit account? 

Also what phone are you asking for help with? 

If iOS, is it version 13 or greater? 

Android version 9 or better?
