Calls not comnecting on wrist and alexa not working

I just bought a new sense 2 and i have tried everything to get calls and alexa to work.the test calls don't even work.

I never had these problems with my sense.

Update i was able to get Alexa to work.  Still no phone calls.

on the old watches you would have to go into your Bluetooth settings and look for "sense control" and connect. So you should have "2" Bluetooth connections.  If Sense controlsnis not listed under Bluetooth then call Fitbit
