Hello. New to fitbit. Can someone help me understand the calories burned tracker? Seems off to me. I waited till 12:00 midnight for my data to reset for the new day, and it’s now 01:05am just over an hour later and I’ve been lay in bed and haven’t moved an inch lol but according to the calorie counter I’ve burnt 150 calories! This seems way to High and inaccurate. I’m aware we always burn calories constantly but 150 in an hour just lay in bed? Doesn’t seem right to me

Looking at your profile picture (and not knowing your weight, I estimate something like 70 kg, and age, let's say 30 years old) I agree that 150 calories per hour seem too high. Using a tool such BRM calculator a more realistic figure could be around 1700 calories per day meaning 70 calories per hour, half of the figure shown by Fitbit.
However Fitbit estimation is strongly based on heart rate and if heart rate is off (my wife's Sense can show 150 bpm also when watching TV or reading a book) this can be the explanation.
