Calories measurement is totally wrong

Calories should be counted by reading hearth rate that will also give the minutes passed in active zone.

The wrong counting happened to be many time but these days it was embarrassing.

Problem 1:

Although there are steps and minutes in zone, the calories show a flat 68 calories per hour all the day long.

I tried to sync more and more time the fitbit app, and sync was successful, but nothing changed.

Then, as other times, I opened the Google Fit app, synced the google fit app, and because of health connection, the calories updated in the fitbit app too.
This seems a problem with data backend more than the watch itself, because google fit can take these data only from the watch and seems they are stuck somewhere so they are not elaborated correctly by the fitbit app.

Problem 2:

I went by motorbike, the watch counted 30.000 steps and added calories burned (4647Kcal). At the end of the day I added motorcycle activity and the app deleted the steps during the time of motorcycle activity. The problem is that Kcal stayed there, counting until 428Kcal with my pulse bpm being around 90.

Problem 3:

If I add activity (for example volleyball) from fitbit app, it does not add any calories. If I add in google fit, the calories will be added to fitbit app.

Seems there is huge problem in the backend and data are totally messed up
