Hi there, my son used my account for a while. Now I want to start al over. Can I delete all data in my account? As if I bought my Fitbit today.

Hello @PietertH and welcome to the Community. Fitbit doesn't have a way to delete all data in a specific date range in one step. If you tap on your mobile app avatar > Account Settings > Delete Data, you are taken to a page where you can delete data. You must delete each metric (steps, distance, sleep, etc.) individually. Deleting your account and starting over with the same email address isn't a great option. If you delete your account, Fitbit gives you seven days to change your mind. It can take 30 days or more to delete all your data to free up that email address to use again. If you use multiple email addresses, you can delete your account, then set up a new account with a different email address.
