Hi is there an option for the app to notify you when you have completed a mile/km and to give you voice updates throughout your walk/run. If not is there a best compatible app to use? Thanks

You can set distance cues but there are no voice cues available on any Fitbit watch (only vibrations). It has speaker but it's not used for that purpose.

Not sure what you are asking for. Sense 2 doesn't support multitasking so you can't run any other app alongside the Exercise app. But that isn't a problem at all because Sense 2 doesn't support thirdparty apps at all. Mobile Fitbit app supports voice cues (at least it did) but then the tracking will be very limited and without HR (simply, you wouldn't use watch at all). In other words, you can't get what you want using Fitbit. The closest you can get is enabling vibration cues on the watch per activity in the Exercise app but you won't get any sound out of it.

Unfortunately, there is no such known and trusted way of getting your request done. As Fitbit change how much the Sense 2, for example, calls do not ring, neither do alarms, only these 2 features use microphone now, Alexa and incoming calls.

Best you can do is distance ques through the exercise app on your smartphone for voice updates. Otherwise, you get the silent vibrations and that's it.
