When I accept an incoming call on my Sense 2 I can barely hear anyone, making the feature effectively useless. I have the volume all the way up on both my phone and the watch. Please advise.

If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Note that Sense 2 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
On a side note, please note that if you're trying to connect any headphones while using on-wrist calls, specially Airpods, at this time Fitbit smartwatches can't control the volume on Apple Airpods.
