Can't buy Sense 2 with B4B payments credit card

In connection with the refund of the Fitbit Ionic.

I want to buy a fitbit sense 2 with the B4B payments credit card. The card reads €270. The sense 2 costs €299.

I cannot add money to the credit card or withdraw money in any way.
Now I can't make the purchase, I've been trying to buy the sense 2 for over a month without really being helped by customer service.

I really want a suitable solution.

Can't you buy it from Coolblue online or their physical store? (Guess you're Dutch 😉).

In the end I payed part of a hotel bill using that virtual credit card. Any attempt to get money added to that credit card or to pay the Fitbit bill partially and use a different payment method for the remainder were no success. Didn't even succeed in extracting credit from the virtual card using Paypal... Just buy something else close to the value, or get assistance from a capable financial department, in my case an hotel I stayed in.

Thank you, The answer is indeed too buy something else. I buyed something for someone else, so I received the money and I just bought the sense 2!
