I have a new Sense 2. The manual says I sound be able to change between saved clock faces by pressing and holding my finger on the clock face but that doesn't work. I can only do it using the app. Chatted with a rep who basically told me the manual is wrong. Bummer!

Hello @sjb017 and welcome to the Community. Your new Sense 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. The ability to change the clock face from the screen is part of a firmware update. The firmware update was announced a month ago. I haven't received it yet. A fellow Product Expert wrote that he had the update banner, then it disappeared. It's possible the Fitbit stopped the rollout.

Hi @sjb017 - the feature to change clock face from the watch was not part of the original Sense 2 specification, nor was it mentioned in the original manual.
A Clocks app was provided with the original Sense and a later firmware update provided a shortcut long press to permit clock face changing.
As @LZeeW mentions, a firmware update was announced including an on the watch clock face change ability, however this update has problems and shouldn't be installed.
