Both my Android and Windows 10 Fitbit apps will sync my new Sense 2 (very unreliably), but I can't change the watch face at all. The dialogue box comes up, but then just freezes up, no matter how long I give it to wake up. Have also deleted then added the watch from bluetooth settings, but still won' change the face. Any suggestions?

Before anything else, let me explain the Sense 2 isn't compatible with Windows 10 devices and you'll need a compatible Android or iOS mobile device to sync, use its features, as well as change other functions such as changing the clock face.
