Can't change clock face on Sense 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Both my Android and Windows 10 Fitbit apps will sync my new Sense 2 (very unreliably), but I can't change the watch face at all.  The dialogue box comes up, but then just freezes up, no matter how long I give it to wake up.  Have also deleted then added the watch from bluetooth settings, but still won' change the face.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi there, @donebc. Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for the details provided, as well as the steps tried on your own. Before anything else, let me explain the Sense 2 isn't compatible with Windows 10 devices and you'll need a compatible Android or iOS mobile device to sync, use its features, as well as change other functions such as changing the clock face.

If your Android phone meets the compatibility requirements, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. On your phone, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try changing the clock face one more time.
