Can't connect Sense 2 to iPhone

I tried all the recommendations but my iPhone does not recognise Sense 2 in bluetooth. I also tried with other phones but nothing. Note I did factory reset before that. Any idea how to solve it?

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the community, @Sioannou.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense 2. I understand your concern and before we go through this process, could you confirm if you see an error message when trying to sync? Also, what is the model of your phone?

Assuming you've tried the steps described here, I'd recommend reconnecting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings on your phone or the other devices you have tried
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated as well as the iOS on your phone (iOS 16.4 or higher)
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices > Add More Devices.
  5. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
