connected my sense2 to the application on my android phone but when i try to look for the ecg app in the gallery to install it but seems like i can't find nor browse any other apps except the ones that are already installed on the watch, opened the gallery in the browser and i searched for ecg it redirected me to the application (fitbit) but once i click on install it takes a long time and then it disappears. what shall i do?

I figured it out, see certain apps like ecg and oxygen tracking app won't work if you Travel to a country that is included in the eligible area mentioned in the Fitbit website which is kinda weird, I'll confirm this information once am back home from the journey.

Hi @alaabn - there are no other installable apps for the Sense 2 or Versa 4, except Find my phone.

You won't find the app ecg and sp Oxygen even if you installed them and then traveled to one of the non included county in the Fitbit list of eligible countries where you can access ecg app..
