Can't receive any calls notification from Whatsapp on my Sense 2

Hi

I have a mi 10 pro and sense 2. 

I'm not receiving any calls notification from Whatsapp even though I have checked the notification list on Fitbit app

Bonjour @Kctai Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Let me help you with the call notifications from Whatsapp that you are not receiving in your Mi 10 Pro.

Please note that you can use the built-in speaker and microphone in your Fitbit Sense 2 to take calls from your wrist. However, the call must be received from your standard mobile service. 

Are you receiving regular Whatsapp notifications on your Sense 2 ? Have you setup on-wrist calls on your Sense 2 already?

Hi @Kctai. Thank you for your  response. Let me explain what is happening with your notifications.

In fact, you won't be able to take a Whatsapp call on your wrist. What you are going to be able to do with your Watch is to take a live call. Note that a Whatsapp call is not an actual call. The missing call notification is an expected behavior of your Sense 2.

If you are still not receiving call on your watch, please check the tips in the section "Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?" in the link above.
