I can view texts but don’t have the option to reply. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, disconnecting Bluetooth, restarting the watch, and have made sure that the messaging option is on in my settings. What do I do?

Hi @Sue4829483 What phone are you using? If it is an iPhone you can't reply to messages, not because of Fitbit, but because Apple won't allow it.

One can only take a best guess. Apple is very proprietary of their OS, whereas Android is more open. The good news is that means that anyone can write an app for Android with very few permissions. The bad news is anyone can write an app for Android with very few permissions!
It's not quite clear why Apple is so proprietary, but one can guess it has to do with coding and permissions.
