Can't set goals and zone mins not tracking

Have current update, have rebooted Fitbit and app several times but continue to have all my prior goals reset to 0 by the app and also when i go to "you" and try to reset the goals I can't, and I get this error message repeatedly.  I recently upgraded to Sense 2 from Versa as I had a lot tech problems w that too... I'm about ready to move on from Fitbit as this is just a big waste of time and a drag.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Same problem. Goals has now completely disappeared. I have the Versa 4 and it's been great until now. Without goals I'll switch though.

Same problem since recent update. I have a sense. Worked great til recent update. Gonna trash it if it’s not addressed soon.

Same issue, no goals. Have done all of the troubleshooting suggestions. Really bummed.

I uninstalled then reinstalled again and it kicked back in. Goals are
working again now.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled on my iPhone and everything appears to
be working again. Hopefully this will work for you. Good luck
