haven’t used my Fitbit in many months. Charged it. It shows wrong time. Can’t log into Fitbit app with Fitbit or Google. Keeps saying wrong password. I ask for instructions to reset three times, no email sent. It’s not in any spam folder, just was never sent. I reset Google password and tried signing in but it still says wrong credentials. I think I should throw away the Sense 2 I have and get an Apple Watch as apparently there is NO SUPPORT FOR A SIMPLE PASSWORD RESET. Is there anything I can do to use this watch?

Hi @valsco212 you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
