I accepted a free subscription to premium when I replaced my sense two. Trying to cancel is beyond frustrating. I was unable to cancel without changing to Google and using an additional address to verify. I did this but am still unable to cancel. It offers me the chance to renew but not cancel. Does this mean it’s not automatically renewed? Email said it would unless I cancelled. I have spent hours going through every possibility but no luck. This has put me off Fitbit.

@Marycruicshank Have you tried canceling through the Apple app store? Go to the app store, tap on your profile photo, tap again where your email address is listed, then tap on Subscriptions to see if it is there.
