Hi
Extremely frustrated.
Factory reset on Fitbit Sense. Just keeps shopping logo (no matter what you press or how long) saying download app.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled app.
Turned phone off/on as well as Bluetooth…. Numerous times.
Sense is not discoverable on app or in Bluetooth setting. (Only 2 other devices on Bluetooth, not connected)
Wont sync, pair anything…
Yet my partner happens to turn his phone on and it asked HIM to connect to the Sense. He didn’t and turned Bluetooth off… (he’s Android, I’m iPhone 12)
So why pray tell, will it not work for me?

Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection and the latest Fitbit app installed.
Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

I’ll give it another go & see if it works but I have already tried this, and I cannot restart the Sense as it is showing/asking to download the app on its screen….
