Cannot add iPass card to Sense 2

I have a co-branded credit card that has the iPass function, while I was able to add the credit card to my Google wallet, I can’t add the iPass card associated with it.  I’ve added the same card to my Versa 3 previously without any problems, I’ve also tried removing the credit card on Sense 2 and reinstalled it as per the instructions in the “Help” section.  Anyone out there with the same issue?

Hello @PL7706 and welcome to the Community.  I found this Fitbit iPass Help article when I searched.  Is this the same one you used?  Is your location set to Taiwan?  I'm not sure you will get help from a fellow iPass user here, since iPass is a Taiwanese contactless payment system.

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, it’s what I’m using, and yes I’ve browsed through all the relevant posts I can find in “Help” and “Forum” and set my location to Taiwan and tried reinstalling the  card…basically tried everything but nothing worked
